Immune Cell Integration in Tissue-Engineered Tumors

Interns will incorporate immune cells (macrophages, T cells, dendritic cells) into biomimetic tumor models to study immunosuppressive mechanisms and cell-cell interactions within the tumor microenvironment. They will measure cytokine secretion, immune cell infiltration, and tumor cell survival using flow cytometry and multiplex immunoassays to evaluate immunotherapy responses.
