Alpha-Synuclein Aggregation Pathways
Interns will investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying alpha-synuclein misfolding and aggregate formation in Parkinson's disease models. Students will conduct biochemical assays, perform protein purification, and analyze aggregate morphology using electron microscopy and spectroscopic techniques.
