Propagation of Prion-like Protein Seeds in Neural Networks

Interns will explore the cell-to-cell transmission of misfolded protein aggregates and their seeding capacity in neuronal networks. This includes transfection studies, exosome isolation, microfluidic device experiments, and assessment of aggregate spreading in 3D brain organoids.
