Biocompatibility Testing of Xenograft Materials and Scaffolds
Interns will evaluate tissue-engineered xenogeneic scaffolds and decellularized xenogeneic extracellular matrices for their immunogenicity and biocompatibility using cell culture and immunohistochemical techniques. They will assess scaffold structural integrity, cellular infiltration, and immune cell response in vitro and in preliminary in vivo models.
