Gene-Edited Xenogeneic Donor Development
Interns will participate in the characterization and propagation of genetically modified animal lines designed for xenotransplantation, including CRISPR-edited pigs with knockout or humanized genes. They will perform genotyping, phenotypic validation, and breeding colony management under supervised laboratory conditions.
