Xenograft Organ Preservation and Perfusion Techniques
Interns will develop and optimize ex vivo organ preservation protocols for xenogeneic organs using normothermic and hypothermic perfusion systems. They will monitor organ viability markers, assess function through perfusate sampling, and evaluate preservation solutions specific to xenograft requirements.
