Cytokine and Chemokine Production in Neuroinflammation

Interns will examine the expression and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) and chemokines in neural tissue and cultured immune cells. They will use techniques such as ELISA, multiplex cytokine assays, and quantitative PCR to characterize immune mediator profiles in neuroinflammatory disease models.
