Resolution of Neuroinflammation and Alternative Microglial Activation

Interns will explore mechanisms underlying the transition from pro-inflammatory to anti-inflammatory immune responses in the CNS, including M2 microglial polarization and IL-10 signaling. They will evaluate resolution markers, regulatory T cell involvement, and test potential immunomodulatory compounds in neuroinflammatory models.
