Microglial Activation and Neuroinflammatory Signaling

Interns will investigate the molecular mechanisms of microglial activation in response to pathogenic stimuli, focusing on TLR signaling pathways and NF-κB cascade. They will perform cell culture experiments, flow cytometry analysis, and gene expression studies to understand how microglia transition from resting to pro-inflammatory states.
